Thanks for the info! I had searched for engine stopped, and not found too much - stalled found many post. Without any computer faults, the crank case electronics sure sounds like the front runner.
Larry from MKB's (he must have pulled the short straw, and was in on Saturday), said it sounded like the crank's electonics when I dropped it off. He will turn it over to Don on Monday.
Mike, thanks for any help you can provide! Feel free to test drive our car - just leave me the keys to an Aero for equal time!! One other note on your thinking about the Aero. When I was in LA, I went to the GM driving day event at Hollywood park. I watched the long lines for the CTS, 540's, E320's and assorted Lexus sedans. The lines for the 9-3 and 9-5 were relativly short, as again the masses just don't know what a SAAB is all about. I did over hear several people get out of the Aero wagon state how surprised they were with not just the get up and go - but as one guy stated "That wagon out corners all the other sedans he had driven that day!" These demo days are good for SAAB, as more people get into them, they see what kind of car a SAAB is...
Regards to all,
