I've taken Skip Barber instruction at a past Saab Owners' Convention, and the Aero Academy curriculum is very similar. Where it differs is the focus driving Saab Aeros that are not yours. To get "seat time" in a Saab Aero at another school, well you'd just have to use your own car. Also, it's a two day course - there's a lot of "learning" that happens in the overnight between (just remember to put your name tag under your pillow ;-)). Any one day course, no matter how well taught, loses out by comparison. Finally, if you take a driving course anywhere else, you will not have the opportunity to socialize with top SCUSA executives.
That said, some other curriculae include track time, of which you get *none* at the academy. If you want some high-speed, race-oriented driving instruction as well, you need to go elsewhere.
