After a couple of years of hanging round this place I would have to say that the reliability of the V6 seems to be quite good, possibly better than the 4. The other thing that has been notable about the V6 is that it doesn't seem to handle as well as the 4s probably due to the extra weight in the front. Note that this is the opinions I have heard on this board, I don't own a V&.
