The driver was there for them, so your claim is aginst whichever of them is the easier target, or both. The problem will be getting someone to accept responsibility. whoever said don't drive it was correct. If damage was done wihich suggests it shouldn't be driven, get roadside assistance to take the car to the dealer, making clear the tow truck guy broke it. SAAB can get you and them out of it by fixing what he broke without charge. If not, pay the bill after making a HUGE fuss (prefrably puit this all in writing right NOW, fax to veryone, and deliver the writing to the dealer when you go in.
In the end, you may be in small claims court.
