TURBO Upgrade For 9-5 ARC

Hello,
I want to upgrade the turbo in the 9-5 arc and wondering if anyone has had experience doing this. I have done it before in a few other cars and found it to usually be a 3-4 hr job give or take depending on tools & car, but i'm pretty handy when It comes to that kind of work.
And I'm somewhat familar with turbos, wheels, housings, etc.
I believe that the turbo is a Mitsu TD04 but not positive.
What would be an upgrade to this? or is there more work involved?
Is the turbo easy to get at? Can the stock fuel system handle it? or Will PSI have to be kept low?
Basically looking for a Direct Bolt-On Turbo, which seems to be the easiest to install.
Thanks for everyones help in this!
