looking from the front. It is fed by the intake air pipe coming up the right side of the engine. Remove this pipe and carefully wipe the inside of the throttle body with a lint free rag soaked in throttle body cleaner. Move the butterfly back and forth as you do this. Dean recommends oiling the pivot point with light machine oil when gone. Hope this works. I do my 9-5s every 5K miles.
