Anyone have problems with the jack in the 2004 9-5's?

I had to change my drivers side front tire this weekend and the f'ing jack collapsed! (Yes I know how to change a tire, I was on a level service with the e brake on)

The bad part is I had the flat off and didn't have the spare on when the jack collasped so the rotor/brake ir whatever you want to call it landed on the spare, which smashed up against the front plastic ripping it out of the screws, then the car landed on the ground. I need to get a new tire anyways so I had the dealer check it out and they said there was no damage, thank god!

What the F!?!? Has this happend to anyone else? I guess maybe be aware of this if you need to change a tire with the jack provided with the car.
