Plugs are hard to change on V6, but easy to check 1 or 2 on the front bank to see if they are fouled. Lots of city miles and short trips without highway runs can contribute to fouled plugs. When doing the above plug check, also note plug gaps to see if ok.

Lots of things like this can happen in the fall with cooler weather, injectors fouled from summer grade low volitility fuel. Low volitility coupled with poor spray patterns can do this. Techron Concentrate is often all that is required. 20 ounce bottles ($10) at auto parts stores.. follow directions on bottle. With 4 cylinder engines, problem is often solved in a day or two. For future maintenace, the smaller bottles can be found at Walmart. Make sure it is marked concentrate. Use every 8K or 3/year.
