...definitely check it out... doesn't sound right at only 36k.. but it's not unheard of depending on the previous driver and conditions...
as suggested though.. double check the tire pressure.. should be in the 30-32 psi range...
I drive the 01 as well.. (non-Aero) .. Previously I drove an Accord.. and that car handled very nicely.. better/tighter than a Taurus... and the 9-5 was noticable better once I received it.
granted it's not a sports suspension.. but bouncing and wandering is not normal..excessive tilting is what I would say is the normal weakness one should experience with this car at higher speeds when comparing it to an Aero or other sports suspensions.
TCS should not have an impact.. it deals strictly with cutting back throttle during tire splippage on acceleration...
