Don't turn it in and THEN Haggle. Have a pre-inspection done if you're concerned that you've got too many boo-boos on the car. THEN decide if you want to pay Saab or a body shop. You should also have heard from Saab a coupla times by now, you might want to call and have them send you a copy of their "reasonable wear and tear" guidelines. Also time to break out the lease contract and skim the fine print on the back. And don't forget, if you want to keep the car you can try and bargain on the buyout price.
Also watch out for tire tread depth, you might be surprised at what they require. That is something you definitely want to buy on your own, they don't have to be the same brand but must be "comparable" (make sure the tire size, ratings and grades match).
