I had the same experience with the 30K on my 9-5. They said I needed new pads and rotors but the service guy made it clear that it was some specific measurement that required the recommendation. I made it to 35K and turned it in no problem. I think that you don't need brakes until you need 'em, that is when they are gone. You have nothing to lose since thay want to put in rotors anyway.
I had a scratch on bumper (my daughter hit it with my '91). I touched it up but it fit inside the cirle and didn't matter. The contract specifies the tire depth. My tire store said I had to more summers on 17" Michelins but the lease inspector said I was right at 1/4 inch. Look at your lease to see what it says about the tires.
As I tip, I was very nice to the lease inspector. I met him at my ramp so he would not have to spend a lot of time looking and it paid off on close thinkgs like some wheel scratches on the BBS.
