New 02 cars will not be at your dealer when your current lease expires. Strong incentives that are in place to reduce 01 inventories will not be applicable to the 02 cars. Manual transmissions on all 9-5 s have not changed since model introduction, and 02 will be no different. I'm not sure what you mean by hydraulic. Clutch is hydraulic on all manual xmission 9-5s. Five speed auto will be even better than the current excellent 4 speed auto. Obviously, the "deal" on an outgoing model will be stronger than on a revised "new" model. If the feature set of the new car appeals to you more than the prospect of saving some $, have your dealer extend your current lease for a month or two. ( this is easily done). Personally, I'm going to wait for a new 02 in spite of the deals being quoted now, because I think the product will be even better, and worth the extra money it will command.
