It used to be thought that starting the car every once and a while was a good thing, it is not. Leave the car alone until spring. Every time you start the car there is hardly any oil left on the internal parts(its all in the oil pan) this causes extra wear. Best to store it on blocks or jackstands but if you are going to leave it on the ground, inflate the tires above spec, this will reduce the chance of flat spots come spring. Oh yeah, store it indoor, not outside.
