IMHO your best bet is to buy all new studs in the appropriate length for each location along with the other factory hardware. I don't believe the "spacers" are a convenience, so to speak, but rather, a means of mitigating the effects of differential thermal expansion. Without them, you are much more prone to shearing of the studs over time. Don't re-use the old studs. I'll never forget the sinking feeling I had when reinstalling used bolts in a $650 brand new head and having the last one shear off on final gentle snugging.
