Well, I slept on it and the next morning it came off. It does take some serious abuse, but it will come off... The clip&cover combo came off fine, and the plastic oil thrower thingy screwed right off. I screwed an 8mm bolt into the clutch shaft, but the damn shaft just won't come out. I've pryed with a crowbar, i've taken a screwdriver and pounded it with a hammer (lever style)... to no avail. All i've effectivly done is cause serious damage to the bolt head. I made a "homemade" spacer out of some old rubber vacuum line and a shoved a copper wire through it, seems to work pretty good. I can spin the rubber boot and plastic spacer freely. The car is in neutral. Whats keeping the shaft from coming out??? It is slightly loose, I can move it in and out about 1-2mm, but it won't move any further
