Have you checked the distributor carefully for moisture, cracks, etc? If you have a timing light, hook it to each plug and see if each one is getting spark. Just because the coil is providing spark, doesn't mean it's getting through to the plugs.
Also, have you checked that the turbo bypass valve is intact? Suck on it's hose to see if it holds vacuum.
Carefully check the nipples where hoses from the turbo bypass valve and AIC valves connect to the intake manifold. The nipples can come loose from the intake manifold. They may look OK, but can still leak.
Is it possible that the diaphragm in the power brake booster is ruptured? If so, it would provide a big vacuum leak.
