Youv'e already done the only easy step. The Saab engine is actually a poor design to start modifying, it just isn't designed with performance in mind, the porting is poorly designed, there is a reason that Turbos were added for power.
A cat back exhaust (any) will add less power than what you got from the cat removal, regardless of what claims are made. A K&N filter gives almost no noticeable increase (on a healthy engine). Headers could give you an extra 4 possibly 5 actuall hp.... no more. A Cam could be usefull but you should buy a 'new' billet cam (only fools buy regrinds), but good luck finding one at a price less than the current value of your car. The advice re a turbo is well considered, listen to it.
