The quality of the tire is far more important for handling than size. Your choice of Brand XXX "ec tasy" will only save a few $$ at the cost of everything else. Better to buy recaps if money is that tight, then you won't be deluding yourself about their quality.
C'mon buy decent tires from Michelin Pirelli or even Bridgestone.
