Ran into this problem once. You have to remove the side cornering lamp assembly and you will see a black piece of sheet metal with a indentation in it and you will see the adjustment knob running from the light housing. By removing this plate(only a couple of screws) you can then adjust the headlight and not have to remove the side light each time. The plate is there to direct the air from below the bumper to the intercooler and therefore not let very much air escape to other areas. I have thought about fashioning a piece of rubber from an innertube and attach it to the area where the plate was so that the air is once again directed to where it is supposed to go but at the same time you just lift the rubber to adjust the light. Hope this helps.
