Hello Everyone and Mike Stone for sure. OK, I got the starter out of the
car, boy that 17mm was tough with not enough space. It's time to get
more info from this amazing BB.
Mike, are you suggesting that I get a 14mm nut from the hardware store?
And where and what is the plastic cover you mentioned? Also is there
a special trick to put the new starter in to match the gear teeth, or
do I just put it in and tighten the nut.
Always appreciate any input.
Thanks,
4SAABS.
