High Idle - What Gives???

This is a re-post of a question I had last week. I have cleaned my AIC valve, throttle body, and installed a new O2 sensor. My idle increased dramatically (1900rpm) so I turned in my idle screw as far as it will go. The idle now sits at 1400rpm. All new vacuum lines and the car is well tuned. What else can I do to decrease my idle to an acceptable level? What other things can I check out? A high idle drives me batty and I'd like to get it fixed soon. I want to avoid taking the car in to the dealer. The advice is always apprectiated!
