If you have done any work on the car since the previous owner, like tune-up or new ignition, emission or fuel management components, I suggest you just pull the negative on the battery. Wait a few hours or overnight. This will reset the LH control unit. Drive the car for a while and see if the light turns on. The light may flash once at the beginning, as the LH control unit adapts. If the light stays on continously or flashes often refer to the bently manual and previous posts on how to pull the codes. Also, sometimes it's easier to pull the front exhaust pipe off of the manifold, to drop it down a little for access to the O2 sensor, or remove pipe entirely to get a stubborn sensor off. If you are putting a universal sensor on, solder the wires and use heat shrink tubing instead of the crimp connectors, this is a low voltage and critical connection.
