I bought the small and large bushings for those arms several months ago. I replaced the big one on one side but didn't think the small one was that bad. They are very cheap, like $5-6/ea. One thing that surprised me is I was able to remove the small bushing by sticking a bolt in it and wiggling it back and forth. I replaced the bushings because they looked shot. You can look at the big ones and see they don't offer any resistance to movement. It took me about an hour because I took about 30 minutes to ruin my first new small bushing and figure out the trick with the hose clamp. The big one is pressed in so I cut it out with a hack saw and hammered the new one in with a socket and 45 lb dumbell! More momentum than a hammer.
