Let me clarify. When I replaced the calipers a couple of months back, I used Bendix dot 4. This was fresh from a sealed bottle, and did turn grey.
When I replaced the mc last weekend, I used more fresh Bendix to bleed. This again turned grey in one week.
Yesterday, I flushed 4 litres of Comma dot 4 through the system, which I've used many times, and I know is definitely ok. Looks good so far, but it's too early to say.
When I replaced the mc, I cleaned the reservoir very thoroughly, it was totally spotless. So there's no chance of it being just dirt left over.
Thanks for your input. Any further thoughts?
