O'Riely pads and rotors OK?

My front brakes are grinding like a coffee grinder. The rotors are already pizza cutter thin and the friction material on the pads is nonexistant. I'm low on dough and all that Saab speedin' has to come to a stop somehow. Would it be unwise to buy the $20 pads and $60 each rotors at O'Riely auto parts? The Saab factory rotors are like $120 for each one! Also, anybody found any pads that don't make a lot of dust? I hate that stuff!
