Don't know what brand. The outer joint appears closed. The inner joint is much more open. I guess that since it's labelled CV Joint Grease, I assumed that was the outer joint. Also, having just opened 2nd half-shaft for the passengers side, I noticed that one included 2 packets of the grease while the 1st box I opened included 1 packet. The packets are 4 ounces and sound very nasty when reading the labels.
Maybe those just go on the inside, which seems to make sense.
