I have seen this happen twice before on other people's car. Both times I took it to ABJ where they still had the original saab replacement mounts and cut out the old one, and welded in the new ones.
You may also want to check out your shocks! Maybe there is no damping left in it. This would put more pressure on the mount since the shock isn't doing anything.
