First thing to verify is that you have the gasket from a B201, 'cause that's what should be fitted on an '82. Assuming that's the case, and that's the part you have - don't worry about the gasket covering up some portions of some of the coolant passages. That's normal and proper.
The block and head on an '82 are the same, turbo or non. The cam will be the same if you've got APC on the car, they'll be different if you don't. If you're feeling adventurous and looking for a few extra ponies and you DON'T have APC, you can swap the cams from a non-turbo (or an APC) car to liven things up a little.
