1.) The way you open the top manually is to open the valve in the recess that leads into the trunk(counterclockwise). The person that disconnected the hose at the top of the ram didn't know what they were doing.

2.) The harness for each power wire (red-black) are famous for breaking. Check the wires with an idiot light and move the switch from open to close. The wires should alternate from negative to positive. Since you hear clicking from the relays I would assume that this is the problem.

3.) A new pump costs 200 or so from GOLDWING. Is is a generic top pump used in several car makes.

4.) The tubing can be found at appliance repair shops.

5.) once you get the system refilled and running don't forget to open the valve in #1 and run for a few seconds to balance out the system.Then shut(clockwise)
