Friends:
I ordered some more SVH from HoseTechniques.com and learned a couple of things:
A) The minimum order on any size hose is 10 feet. That explains why you have to order 10 feet of the 6.0mm.
B) Windshield washer hose is a little larger - 4.0mm... and it's cheaper, too. They charge $1.35/foot for the 3.5mm stuff, but only $1.05/foot for the 4.0mm.
I believe the correct ordering info for a C900 turbo is thus:
1) 10 feet (minimum order) of 6.0mm (APC solenoid and TB-ELCD control line)
2) 10 feet (minimum order) of 4.0mm (if you want to do windshield washer lines)
3) 30 feet of 3.5mm. This will cover the hoses to:
. A) turbo bypass (hooter) valve
. B) distributor vac advance
. C) fuel pressure regulator
. D) valve cover vent control
. E) vacuum accessories canister (right fender well)
. F) various vacuum switches (left fender well)
. G) line to the cockpit for vac/boost gauge
. H) line to the cockpit for cruise control.
I did not include extra for any vacuum hose needed for the heater/vent controls behind the dashboard; I don't intend to open up that area.
Hope this helps anyone considering this project.
