I've had the same problem with my 1985 900 Turbo, for about 6 months now. I've tried a different AIC, but that didn't solve the problem. I suspect a vacuum leak also, but haven't been able to find it. One of the 1st places I looked was at the clutch / cruise control switch, since it seems that if I let the clutch out below the idle gets too low it doesn't seem to stall as much. Everything seemed OK at the Cruise switch, I'll keep looking. Let me know how you make out!
