Depends on how much the car is worth to you.
If it was mine, I'd just tune it up, change the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, air filter, oil &filter, trans oil, flush the coolant, check the hoses out for cracks, replace if needed, this won't cost you to much and is an easy DIY job. The headliner can be fixed (kits are made), along with the seats.
I would jack the car up, inspect the undercarriage for rust, pay close attention to the a-arm support area, this area is prone to rusting, if you see a fair ammount of rust, I wouldn't go to far into repairs, if you see a very small ammount (That can be sanded off), then do so, then I would repaint the area with an anti rust enamel.
Sounds like your typical high mileage 1980's 900, most of the time if you keep the maintinance up, they go for a very long time.
