Here's the scoop- I bought an '92 900S convertible because it has fairly good convertible visibility. I have to drive a Volvo C70 from time to time at work, and that rear window is TINY! I actually liked the one in the 900 because it's big enough.
You may just want to adjust the passenger-side mirror out farther than you normally would. You should not be able to see the passenger-side carbody in the mirror.
Or go to stick-ons, but I don't like 'em. Then again, I really don't like blind-spot mergers, so do what makes you safer, and more comfortable.
Enjoy the car! Maybe I'll get one someday, but for now, mine's blue.
