Nothing..just thought it was funny on a review of a 603hp Mercedes AMG.
Anyway, sorry about your leap of faith, especially when you could have taken a 10 minute drive with the car warmed up by the dealer.
Sounds like you got a money pit. But $1400 for a 121K car isn't bad...I paid $4500 for a 133K 900T and ended up replacing a trans/rebuilding engine at 192K. Along with the average number of front wheel bearings, new front fenders, a new hood, new cv joints, electrical problems, AC condensers, hp AC lines (twice), oil cooler lines, etc. Not to mention the headliner. And it's only got 270K miles on it.
Unless you really like the car...I'd resell it and call it a relatively cheap lesson. Just think, you coulda had a V8 Ferrari for maybe $30-40K and ended up with a $25K engine overhaul.
