What about FPR? (Fuel Pressure Regulator)
You should get a timing light to set accurately. If retarded you will run rich and if advanced you will run lean. 5 degrees makes a big difference and 90 degrees= a quarter turn, so you get the idea. A tad retarded(14 BTDC) will allow full boost if you are getting annoying knock sensor intrusion at full boost. But you will a bit of oof boost performance.
