The AC pulley comes off with three 10mm bolts. I used a 1/4" drive ratchet and lots of patience. The second time I didn't unbolt and move the AC compressor, but I did remove the AC idle pulley bracket. There are a lot of other posts about this job and Twinsaabs website has a great step by step to help explain it all.
I believe, from the posts I've read, that yours is a different size bolt, and you need a spacer kit if you buy a new crank pulley because they changed the part in later years.
