1986 turbo, front caliper yoke stuck

is there a reliable means of freeing the sticking yoke on the front caliper. In my position, this rebuilt caliper isn't that old, 3 yrs or so, and it's keeping the brake in contact making lots of heat, warping, etc. I'd rather not spend the $$ for yet another caliper if there's a way to get the yoke to slide more easily.
Thanks
