John in my experience the wheel bearing is more of a "grind" most notable at low speeds and pretty specific to right or left side. The inner driver is a vibration most noticeable between 10 and 40 MPH and can be felt in your shifter as you accelerate. My skills are limited but i repaired the bearing myself and let the pros take on the inner driver.
