I'm in the process of replacing my 88 n/a h-block 8v cilinder head. Have the head back on and tensioned, remmoved the screwdriver from the inside edges of the timing chain to find that part of the chain has sliped around the upper part of the top of the tesioner surface, there is still force on the chain from the losser part of the plate, but i cant force the chain back around to it's rightfull place. Any sugestion that don't involve buying a low-k's mitsubishi? (my wife thinks this is the best plan, she don't get saab's!). Thanks, Ben.
