The turbo gauge is probably pretty easy. It's a mechanical gauge that measures intake manifold pressure. Take a look at the vacuum nipple on the side of the intake manifold. Bets are that the vacuum hose has split and has fallen off.
(Getting on soapbox) You might want to consider replacing all of the underhood vacuum hoses with either new rubber hoses of [my preference] silicone hoses. Under normal conditions, a decade of underhood turbo heat dries out the stock rubber vacuum hoses and gives them all sorts of opportunity for leaking. In Phoenix .... gees! (Wiping sweat from brow and stepping down off soapbox)
For the gas gauge, it might be something simple like the nut on the back of the instrument cluster loosening up or something worse like the level sensor in the tank disintegrating. Hard to say without getting in back of the cluster through the speaker opening and gently trying to tighten the nut or checking the resistance of the sensor through the porthole under the spare tire cover (which comes off with 2 screws.)
