See my posts on the 9000 board about a solution for the problem with the 41 08 643('92 & up C900) and 41 08 650 ('92 & up 9000) Cruise Control ECU's. Do a search for my July 7, 2006 post about intermitent cruise issue. This box is really flaky, like works when hot but not when cold, or not at all.
I solved this problem in my 1992 9000s by making an adapter plug to use an older ecu in it, ECU's 85 87 016, 95 60 905, and 95 26 757.
I've been using the cruise in my car now for a few months like this and it's been working perfectly all the time.
The big plus about this is that it will save you $$$$. You can pick up these ECU's at You-pull-it junkyards at a reasonable price, and the older boxes seem more reliable...I haven't found a dead one yet that I have pulled.
