connecting a piece of clear vinyl hose from the bleed nipple and extend the other end back into the reservoir (this is a length of about 4 feet). Crack the nipple and use an old broom stick or something similar to pump the clutch pedal with your right arm while you stand outside the driver door and watch for air bubbles to proceed from the slave up to the reservoir.
When the bubbles slow and dissipate away, tighten the nipple and extract the hose.
This used to work for me on 99s, a shop in Boston showed me how they used this method. Last time I did this, it took a long time to get rid of the bubbles. So I've been intrigued by bleeding the line by pushing fluid from slave up to the reservoir like what Kevin A. describes.
But it basically works and it's pretty simple.
