you really do need to make sure the drain holes are unplugged and after it rains hold all four doors ajar so the water can drain out - tedious but helpful


I would add one preventive step - spray with a rust oil - that permeates entire door interior - spray with wand inside door lock area and coat the entire inside door area - its not just water blocked at bottom but high humidty that causes doors to rust from inside out - do this twice yearly(spring fall)

best bet is to check door handle area as well with rubber seal handle removed - these are the next to go.
