depending on how fast you need the cash if you drop the price on the 1999 it will sell in a hart beat, just because it is made in year 1999, lot of great things happened in that year, but seems all i can remember about it was that singer prince sang (party like its 1999) think he sang that song like in 1989 thats 10 hole years of that year burning in peoples minds.
but anyway its newer than the 900 and lot of people are looking for granny wagons, heck when i become a granny ill be looking for one. stuff the kids in back, then run to the grocery store and stuff groceries in there, quick stop at the auto parts store and stuff more tools in the back, its like a pickup but for grannies.
anyway this is the pickle.

the granny wagon is also the car that will bring in the most value.
if you have time to wait to sell it, like when a granny comes along and see's it. which could take sometime seeing how its a heck of a chore just to answer the front door.

as for the 900, with it being dinged up and all, your really out to find a saab freak who is in the market to buy your 900 and lets face it, waiting for the freak to come along could take as long as the granny.
even if you drop the price on the 900 its bound to get freaks coming out of the wood work and then they are going to pick the car apart try to even get your price down farther, and the bad thing about the freaks is, if your price dose not come down to meet their price they have in mind they are libel just to say forget it and move on to the next 900,

so what do we have, the 1999 will sell to everyone with the price drooped
the 900 wont, i say sell them both.
drop the price on the granny wagon and list it in the classifieds (the paper in your town, and that classifieds book that's sold at gas stations.)
the 900 just list it in the local paper.
im sure they will both go. with all that extra cash you can go to chucky cheese.
just a tip, listing the 900 and the granny wagon here on saabnet classifieds with the price dropped to sell the car, im sure they will go as fast as your local paper.
bummer about the hp.bill, let me guess you had recently obtained a baby from your local hospital and now they are holding the kid as ransom?

no need to reply on that' ill just like to keep in my mind the doc. with an uzzi making demands over the phone (pay us or the kid gets it)
