Nope,
You'll need to pull the whole lower dash bolster out to get to where it is mounted.
It will be on the left hand side. There are 2 T-25 torx screws attaching it to the metal support frame. There is no other way to get to the screws without taking the lower dash bolster.
If you have a 92 - 93 900 & 94 900cv the cruise ecu 41 08 643 box is more than likely dead. Search on this board or the 9000 board for the known issues with ecu 41 08 643 (900) and 41 08 650 (9000). These boxes are pure junk and very failure prone.
I have also posted a solution to this issue by making an adapter plug to use an older cruise control ecu in it's place
