Those crests look a lot like the "prancing moose" spoof - but it's hard to tell.
Either way, it's clearly not anything Saab built. There was no grey Aero/SPG kit in 1983/1984 - the real white prototypes had white panels, and even the first several hundred 1985 SPGs had body color/black panels. The anthracite ones came later. Also, pretty darned sure that Buffalo Grey interiors didn't exist until 1986, and of course the real prototypes had real interiors.
Still, I agree with turbocon - if you could get the car for ~$4k I think you'd have a good deal. A running, clean 8vT is probably worth something to someone, and it does have a bunch of extras to pump up the price. it's not what it's advertised as, but it does seem like a nice car anyway.
