I was rear-ended in my 1990 900 Turbo several years ago by a teen driving his mom's Land Rover Discovery. The kid was not listed on the insurance card, but their insurance paid...after a HUGE headache and lots of wasted time, effort, etc. I believe that as long as a VEHICLE is insured, then it will be covered...even if the DRIVER is not insured. I deal with commercial insurance on a daily basis, but it is my impression with my personal auto policies that this is still true. We'll hope that it is true, anyway. Drive safely and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
