I usually made all the connections to the left taillight, except, of course, for the right turn signal. Using the "Piggyback" connectors as in my previous post, allows you to completely return a C900 hatchback to normal, if you sell the car on, and remove the hitch and adapter.
Oh - and many auto parts stores carry this type of connector. You could also check at Radio Shack, or your local big box home store.
