Sorry, I have very little experience with body shops. Best thing to do is check around your local area. Maybe find out where the local hot rodders go. Also look up Jon Williams from the NYSOC (I think he lurks here...). He's done a couple "rotisserie" restorations of C900s, and they look gorgeous...
Rust is an ever present danger. Best you can do is attack all you can see, keep the car indoors, and don't drive it on salted roads...
Do you mean the Saab SRS Tester? No, but I'd like to learn... My mom's SRS light has been on for a long time, and I want to look into it before her mechanic gets to it, and just replaces stuff willy-nilly... I'm sure all the instructions needed are in the appropriate "brake" manual...
