Lube issues can be fixed with oil and fresh grease if you can get motor apart. I think I've read about brushes in these motors, also could be renewed.
Or pull a used motor from the same-side back door of a 4-door junkyard car, it may have lube issues but it WON'T be worn out, they barely get used over an entire life of driving.
There are posts on here about them, going back years. Only ones I've looked at I couldn't personally see how to pop them open, though I never buckled down to it as I just swapped in a rear door motor.
Also, more common, is that the contacts on the window switch pack burn and arc and stop carrying current.
